The [NoSQL movement](http://search.twitter.com/search?q=nosql) has been gathering a lot of steam lately (despite some folks [misgivings](http://blog.dhananjaynene.com/2009/10/stop-calling-me-nosql/) about the name).  There have been meetups in major cities around the world – most recently in [Berlin](http://nosqlberlin.de/) – and there is a [big conference](https://nosqleast.com/2009/) coming up in Atlanta.

I am happy to say that [MongoDB](http://mongodb.org) has been extremely well represented at all of these and is [generating a lot of interest](http://search.twitter.com/search?q=mongodb).  But what if you can’t make it to any of these places and yet want to learn more?  Fear not, the fine folks at [10gen](http://10gen.com) (which sponsors MongoDB) are hosting a webinar:

On [October 30th from noon to 1pm](http://mongodb1.eventbrite.com/), Dwight Merriman will explain MongoDB and Ian White from Business Insider will talk about how they have been using MongoDB **in production** since Q1 2008.
